Piotr Rymaszewski, President of the Management Board
Presently member of Board of Nominees  of Fondul Propprietatea and member of Board of Nominees of Digi Communications N.V. . Piotr Rymaszewski formerly was member of the Board of Strategic Advisors to the Prime Minister of Poland, held positions of Advisor to the Polish Minister of Finance, President of KP Konsorcjum, Octava NFI (1995-1999), Vice-President of NFI Piast (2001-2002). Graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Cornell Law School.


SUPERVISORY BOARD

Charles David DeBenedetti
An attorney in the States of New York and Ohio (currently not practicing in Ohio), Charles David DeBenedetti is a graduate of the University of Toledo and the Faculty of Law at Georgetown University. In 1997, Mr DeBenedetti started his cooperation with the Warsaw office of Salans, an international law firm. In 2001, he transferred to the New York office and in 2003 started cooperating with both of these offices. In 2004, Mr DeBenedetti became a partner in DeBenedetti Majewski Szcze¶niak Kancelaria Prawnicza Sp. K. of Warsaw, where he specialises in investment funds and cross-border M&A transactions.

Arkadiusz Chojnacki 
Presently, Arkadiusz Chojnacki is President of the Management Board of Opti Capital TFI S.A. In 2009 - 2013, Arkadiusz Chojnacki held the position of Head of Equity Research at IPOPEMA Securities S.A. In 2008 he held the position of the Director of the research department at  Espirito Santo Investment Poland. He is involved in analysing companies from the construction, real estate, power and retail trade sectors. Since June 2007, he has served on the Supervisory Board of ES-System S.A, a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Previously, Mr Chojnacki held the position of deputy director of the research department at brokerage house Dom Maklerski Banku Handlowego (the Citibank Group). Mr Chojnacki has eight years’ experience in preparing analyses of listed companies. In a ranking by Parkiet daily, he was chosen by institutional investors in Poland as the best analyst in the Real Estate and Construction and Industry and Trade categories in 2007. Earlier in his career, Mr Chojnacki was employed as an investment analyst at Everest Capital, a firm which, amongst other things, managed a group of National Investment Funds. At Everest Capital, Mr Chojnacki was responsible for valuation of portfolio companies and supervision of their day-to-day operations. 
Arkadiusz Chojnacki holds a Masters degree in economics from the University of £ód¼ and a postgraduate diploma in property appraisal from the Warsaw University of Technology. He completed a CFA programme covering issues from the fields of ethics, statistics, economics, appraisal and asset management. Mr Chojnacki holds a securities broker’s licence valid in Poland and a Series 7 licence issued by the National Association of Securities Dealers, which permits its holder to contact American investors.

Bogdan Kryca
Graduate of the Faculty of Humanities at Harvard University (History and Literature), Bogdan Kryca has been a member of the Management Board of Dominium Capital Polska since 2000. From June 1995 to November 1996, he held the position of the Financial Director and Management Board Member at BRE/IB Austria Management – the company managing I NFI S.A. In 1992–1995, he was employed of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London. Mr Kryca is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Hygienika S.A. and in 2005–2006 he was the President of the Management Board of Octava NFI S.A. Since 2006, Mr Kryca has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Ipopema Securities SA and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at TFI Ipopema SA.

Pawe³ Serej
Graduate of the Rotterdam School of Management and SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Since 2016 he has been employed at Elliott Advisors (UK) Ltd. as an Analyst. In 2015–2016, he worked for the Mid Europa Partners -private equity fund and for the investment banking department of J.P. Morgan (2013-2015).

Andrzej Wieczorkiewicz
Professor of Economics at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Warsaw, Andrzej Wieczorkiewicz is also a Faculty Member at the Banking and Finance Department of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Warsaw and the Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw. In 1993–1997, he held the position of the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs in the Polish Council of Ministers and the Prime Minister’s Plenipotentiary for Foreign Investments. In 1992–1993, he was a Management Board Member/ Director at the IBP Bank in Poland. In 2000–2007, Mr Wieczorkiewicz served on the Supervisory Board of Fundusz Emerytalny Ergo Hestia S.A., MTU S.A. (Moje Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeniowe S.A.) and POL- MOT Holding S.A.
